Create an account

Your account is your login. It holds your gardens, tasks, and settings, and it keeps them in sync across your phone and your computer. You only set this up once.

Sign up

1. Open the login page.
2. Select the Create account tab.
3. Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters.
4. Select Create account.

Tip: Use an email you read on your phone. GardenOS may send a confirmation link there.

Confirm your email

If email confirmation is turned on, you will see a message asking you to check your inbox. Open the email from GardenOS, select the link to confirm, then come back and sign in. If it is not there, check your spam folder.

If no confirmation is needed, you are signed in right away and sent straight into the app.

Sign in

1. On the login page, stay on the Sign in tab.
2. Enter the email and password you chose.
3. Select Sign in.

You land on your home view. With no gardens yet, the next step is to start your first garden.

Forgot your password?

On the Sign in tab, select Forgot password?, enter your email, and select Send reset link. Open the email and follow the link to set a new password.

Invited to someone’s garden?

If an owner invited you as a companion or observer, open the link in your invitation email and follow the prompts. That sets up your account and connects you to their garden, so you do not need to create one of your own first.
